Each item from Sew Loved by Vee is individually handcrafted and custom-made using materials provided or selected specifically for your order. Because of the personalized nature of these products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted once work on your order has begun.

I take great care in creating every piece and want you to be happy with your finished keepsake. If you have any concerns or experience an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving it. I am always happy to discuss your concerns and will work with you to find an appropriate solution whenever possible.

Please keep in mind that handmade items may have small variations, and items created from previously worn or sentimental clothing may reflect the unique characteristics, wear, and condition of the materials provided.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact me promptly with photos and details so that I can review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
